Valentia is our flagship blend and a 3-star Great Taste award winner, the highest rating Great Taste gives. It is a medium roast made from 100% Arabica beans.
The Great Taste judges called it "supremely balanced, with the chocolatey, syrupy, kiwi, and blackberry notes all singing together in harmony." They added that it "feels very luxurious and stands up beautifully to milk, with chocolate and blackberry coming through even more. It would make a stunning flat white."
How to brew it
- Espresso: 18g of ground coffee to 36g of espresso in roughly 30–35 seconds; adjust the grind to hit the time.
- With milk: pull a double shot as above and top with silky steamed milk for a flat white or latte.
