All the flavour, none of the caffeine. Our Swiss Water Decaf is a Great Taste award winner (1 star), decaffeinated by the chemical-free Swiss Water Process.
The process uses only water, not methylene chloride or ethyl acetate. The green beans soak for around 12 hours until about 99% of the caffeine has diffused out, keeping the coffee's own flavours intact.
In the cup it gives a luxurious, thick crema and an elegant mix of chocolate and orange, with a lovely, lasting finish of spice. It makes an excellent after-dinner coffee that you can enjoy at any time of day.

How to brew it
- Espresso: 18g of ground coffee to 36g of espresso in roughly 30–35 seconds; adjust the grind to hit the time.
- Filter / pour-over: 60g of coffee per litre of water (20g to 333g for one cup) at a medium-fine grind; bloom first, then pour in slow circles.
Roasted in Northern Ireland, where we have been roasting since 2006. We are the only coffee roaster in Northern Ireland with BRC AA food-safety accreditation, and our Loring roaster uses up to 70% less gas and CO2 than a conventional roaster.
